A prompting course for business owners and managers

Stop guessing at AI.
Fill five boxes instead.

The Five Boxes is the one method this course teaches. Try it now: change any box and the prompt rebuilds. Copy it into Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

Your prompt

Open in Claude Open in ChatGPT Gemini: copy, then paste into the Gemini app.

That's the method. The course is everything you do with it: a prompt library you keep, workflows for the work you already do, and a policy your team can follow.

Founding price $67 until launch, then $85. Opens late October.

Most businesses already use AI. Almost none use it well.

Seventy-four percent of small businesses use AI tools. Seventy-seven percent have no written policy for how. Fewer than one in five have trained anyone. The gap isn't awareness. It's method.

Three things you can use today

Five Boxes Prompt Builder

The builder from the top of this page, on its own. Fill five boxes, copy a prompt that works.

AI Use Policy

A one-page policy your team can actually follow: three tiers, a gut-check question, and no penalty for reporting a mistake.

10 Prompts to Steal

Ten ready-to-use prompts across marketing, sales, operations, and finance, each with the follow-up line that makes it better.

Eight modules and a capstone, over two weeks

What you'll build, week by week

Every module ends with something you keep. The written lesson stands on its own; a short walkthrough video sits beside it for anyone who would rather watch.

Format

Written lessons in plain language, a PDF edition of everything, one diagram per module, and a 3 to 6 minute walkthrough beside each. No lectures.

Tools

Shown in Claude. Every module carries a dated card running the same prompt in ChatGPT and Gemini, so you can see exactly what differs.

How it's built

From the sources, not from vibes

The evidence first

Built from the official prompting guides Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google publish, the Prompt Report's review of 1,565 papers, and the small-business surveys that show where owners actually get stuck. When the sources disagree, the course says so.

One method, taught deeply

The Five Boxes covers what the dozen competing acronyms cover. You learn it well, get a one-page decoder for the rest, and never learn a framework you won't use.

Dated, and refreshed

Tools change roughly every 90 days. Every comparison card carries a date, the stable material lives apart from the volatile, and the whole thing is refreshed quarterly.

Questions

Before you ask

Which AI tool do I need?

Any one of Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. The walkthroughs are shown in Claude, and every module includes a card running the same prompt in the other two. A free plan is enough for the whole course. A paid plan helps once you start working with long documents.

I'm not technical. Is this for me?

Yes. There is no code, no API, and nothing to install. If you can write an email, you can do everything in this course.

How long does it take?

About four to five hours of material, built to be done in 20 to 30 minutes a day over two weeks. Every module ends with something you use in your business that week.

The tools change every few months. Will this go stale?

The method does not change. The tool details do. Everything that goes stale, such as screenshots, menus, and model quirks, lives in dated text you can check, not in video. We refresh it quarterly, and an optional Updates subscription keeps your library and cheat sheets current after you finish.

Is my business data safe to put into these tools?

That is the first module, and it is also the free AI Use Policy template. The short version: replace names and figures with placeholders before you paste, and never paste credentials, personnel records, or anything under an NDA. The course teaches sanitizing as a habit, not a warning.

What's the difference between Core and Plus?

Core is the course: all eight modules, the capstone, and the 50-prompt Starter Kit. Plus adds work done on your business. You answer a short intake and get ten prompts written for your specific business, you send your finished prompt library and get it back marked up with rewrites, and you get 30 days of email support. Core teaches you the method; Plus applies it to your business alongside you.

What if it isn't for me?

If the first two modules have not earned their price, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

Be first when it opens.

Founding members get the $67 price and a say in what the first cohort covers.

No spam. One email when it opens, and an occasional prompt worth stealing.
